The large open plan living area incorporates a formal dining table with patio doors leading to the pool area. The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, all have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, comfortably sleeping 9 people. Interior: Our spacious, single storey house is beautifully furnished in a contemporary, comfortable style. The large open plan living area incorporates a formal dining table and has patio doors leading to the pool area. There is a separate kitchen which has everything required for a self catering holiday, and a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The house has four spacious bedrooms, all of which have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, comfortably sleeping 9 people. Bedroom #1 The master bedroom, has a double bed and an en-suite, a bath with an overhead shower, toilet, marble vanity unit and bidet. Bedroom#2 has two single beds. Bedroom #3 has a double bed. Bedroom #4 has a single bed and a large bunk bed. Bedrooms 2,3 and 4 all share a large family bathroom, which is also fitted with an a bath, toilet, marble vanity unit and a stand alone shower.
Steps to the side of the house lead to the magnificent roof terrace. This offers an excellent area for more private sunbathing and has fantastic views of the golf course and towards the sea.
Features: Andriod Box, so you can watch any film / TV Box-set you want! The Living room has remote controlled Air Conditioning (additional charge for this) and Ceiling fans in All Bedrooms. An "In House" locked safe in the main bedroom. Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board. Washing Machine and Dryer. Dishwasher. Fridge / Freezer. Oven and Hob. Kettle / Toaster / Microwave. Out-door shower at poolside. Stone Barbeque, Private Parking Area. Large Private Heated Pool (additional charge for this at off peak season). For those who need to stay "in touch" we have installed Casa De Rossi's own 3G wireless system, so now there is no need to purchase Credit for the internet.
Amenities: Located on the prestigious Fuerteventura Golf development, the facilities of an exclusive five star hotel are on your doorstep. Within the Clubhouse there is an excellent restaurant and a bar with views looking on to the golf course.

The resort of Caleta De Fuste is a five minute drive away, guests can enjoy a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants in this popular little village. It has a large, shallow beach, perfect for children and a picturesque marina with a selection of excellent water excursions. A free shuttle bus service is available from the golf Clubhouse which takes you down through the golf course to the Marina of Caleta De Fuste and the Main shopping mall. The "Atlántico" mall has a very good choice of shops and restaurants, Cinema, Bowling and amusements, as well as a very large "Spar" supermarket with a good variety of fresh food and meats. Two pretty lagoon beaches are a fifteen minute walk down around the golf course, or, two minutes drive from the house. From there you can walk the promenade into the Centre of the resort, or, to the main beach at El Playa del Castillo. There are newly opened diving and windsurfing Centres on the beach at Caleta De Fuste. The house is a 15 minute transfer from the airport by car or taxi. Exterior: The exterior of this detached house is surprisingly large. Patio doors from the living area lead to the pool and sunbathing terrace. The 8 m x 4 m electrically heated pool is accessed by Roman steps and is surrounded by a large patio area where there are ample sunbeds. There is a barbecue and patio dining furniture to ensure guests can enjoy alfresco dining.
